PHL Food & Shops brings multinational fast-food restaurant to PHL
PHILADELPHIA — June 11, 2021 — Travelers at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) can now enjoy the iconic American burger joint Burger King in Terminal E. PHL Food & Shops added Burger King to expand its already impressive roster of more than 170 eateries, retail shops and services. This eatery joins the 89 restaurants and retailers that are currently operating under restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
For more than 50 years, Burger King has been serving up delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and other sides, sweets, bundles, and more. Known for the legendary Whopper — and now the new plant-based Impossible Whopper — Burger King is committed to providing guests with a family-friendly experience, signature recipes, premium ingredients and affordable fare.
